Megan is a self-taught fiber artist who currently works out of her studio in Bend, Oregon. Megan utilizes the traditional techniques of weaving and macrame to create woven wall hangings that are rich in both color and texture. She uses natural fibers and often incorporates found pieces of wood into her pieces. Megan is an avid long-distance hiker and draws her inspiration from walking through beautiful remote landscapes. Her work has been exhibited in regional galleries and she has completed several large commissions for both private and commercial clients.
