Cancellation

Cancellation can be made on your order for any reason within 1 hour of the order confirmation. To cancel an order, you must contact the creator within 1 hour of the order confirmation. The creator will notify Wescover, who will process the refund and cancellation within 5-7 business days of receiving the request.

After 1 hour, you must refer to the seller’s specific policies for cancellation. This will vary, depending on custom orders, sourcing material or production stage. Please inquire directly with the creator to learn more.

Returns and Refunds

Wescover is here to make sure you love your unique piece and protect your order with the Wescover Buyer Guarantee.

Keep in mind, every Creator on Wescover sells their work directly and has their own policy. Make sure you check on each item page on Wescover about the item creation time, shipping times, and return policies. Creator-made products are unique and often made-to-order, customizable, full commissions, or non-standard offerings! If you’re unsatisfied with an order, you may be able to return or exchange your order depending on the Creator’s policies. In cases of an item not arriving or arriving not as agreed upon via Wescover messages, we are here to help resolve the issue and refund your purchase

  1. Check the Item return policy and read the item description.
  2. If you have questions, click the button to “Ask the Creator!”
  3. Send messages and purchase directly on Wescover so you are covered by the Wescover Buyer Guarantee.

Where to Find a Creator’s Return Policy:

Every creator has their own policy and you can find it on their product pages:

  1. Visit the page of the item you’re interested in ordering and look for the Returns Section.
  2. If you have questions about the item, returns, or refunds, click the button to “Ask the Creator” You can write your own message or paste the text “Hi! I love your work and I am interested in a piece! Before I order, I’m wondering what your return and exchange policy is?”

How to Ensure You’re Covered by the Wescover Buyer Guarantee:

Keep all conversations and transactions on Wescover so, in the unlikely event that your order does not arrive as agreed upon, we can help resolve the issue. If a conversation is taken off Wescover at any time we may not be able to assist with any problems related to your order. Creators should not ask you to go to a third-party website or make a purchase off Wescover.

How to Get Help with an Item Purchased on Wescover:

  1. Reach out to the Creator first if you have a problem with your order or shipping.
  2. If you contacted the creator about an order, and the creator hasn’t responded in a reasonable amount of time or you are not happy with the response you can contact our support - communication@wescover.com.
  3. In the event of a non-delivery (an item was not sent to the address provided on Wescover) or if an item you receive is not as described (if the buyer can demonstrate that it is significantly different from the agreed description of the item, for example size), you can contact us at communication@wescover.com.
