Nature is my grounding force and lies at the core of all I create. I frequently walk through the bush and along the beach, gathering small treasures like pods, bark, driftwood, and feathers — anything that captures my attention and evokes a sense of wonder. These elements often find their way into my work, influencing the shapes and textures I develop with clay.

My passion for birds and flowers is found in my creations — not only in their forms but in their essence. I tend to draw directly onto the clay in a loose, expressive manner, allowing my affection for nature and my emotions to flow through every mark I make.

The pieces I create quietly reflect the land — its gentleness, strength, and the tranquillity it conveys.
