"Vicky Reddish is an abstract artist all about sharing happiness, love, and joy with others."
Drawing inspiration from travel, architecture, and cherished memories, Vicky uses acrylic paint and a variety of catalysts and mediums to create expressive, textured works of art. She is passionate about capturing the emotion and complexity of a moment or a memory in her work.
I grew up in Middle Tennessee and I am so proud of this place I call home. I feel connected to my southern roots but I'm very proud to live in a progressive city. I work full time in marketing and enjoy creating art in some of my spare time.
I love to travel and I am so fortunate I get to do so often. I am inspired by nature and the textures of old buildings and relics. I am wildly passionate about color. I love it, I am inspired by it and I search for color palettes like many millennials search for Zillow listings. I primarily work with acrylic paint but I'm always trying new mediums and ideas.
Since 2016, I made space in my home for a studio and haven't looked back.
I love art, I love making it, I love looking at it, I love saving pieces that inspire me on my phone, and more recently enjoy collecting it. I have a small collection of original art from other artists that I hope to grow in time. That said, I know that fine art is not always accessible. I struggle to find the balance between making money from my art and making it accessible to a larger audience. I work hard to provide pieces available to collectors at any level as I believe original art is meant to be enjoyed by everyone. I hope you find something that speaks to you here.
