I made this lamp on the pottery wheel out of white stoneware clay and then altered the shape using hand building techniques. The finish is a grey lava glaze that I created myself. It has got a bumpy texture with some bubbles which complements the organic shape and gives it a grungy look. The lamp works fantastically on a side board or a night table. The lamp is 40 cm high and has got a diameter of 27 cm. The lamp base is 26 cm high and 17 cm wide. It comes without light bulb (E14 fixture)
