Product Details:
Our Artist Made paste the paper wallpaper is perfect for adding personality to any interior space. With a story behind every design, your walls become stories that need no words. Printed with UV technology and FSC sourced materials, our wallpaper isn't just durable, but also contributes to promote the responsible management of the world's forests.
Design Story:
This design was inspired by the term deckle edge, which describes paper with a feather edge in contrast to a cut one. Prior to 19th century, the deckle edge was unavoidable due to the very nature of the paper making process at that time. Sheets of paper were made individually on a deckle, a frame used in making paper by hand to form paper pulp into sheets of a desired size. Beginning in the early 1800s with the invention of the Fourdrinier machine, paper was produced in long rolls and the deckle edge became mostly obsolete; although there was some deckle on the ends of the rolls, it was cut off, and the individual sheets cut out from the roll would have no deckle.
Material:
- Paste the paper .279 mm / 180 gsm
- Light weight, breathable, paper feel
- No texture, smooth surface, very low gloss
Roll Sizes:
24 in x 8 ft (x2) = 32sqft
24 in x 10 ft (x2) = 40sqft
Vertical Repeat:
48 in
Pattern Match:
