High-end solid wood furniture characterized by humble aesthetics and traditional craftsmanship. Designed and crafted by husband and wife duo Maria Camarena and Dave Sinaguglia. SinCa Design offers a collection made to order and custom design and fabrication of one of a kind furniture.

SinCa is a furniture design studio founded by husband and wife Dave Sinaguglia and Maria Camarena. Their combined skill set is reflected into a meticulously designed and hand crafted collection made to order. Each piece of the collection as well as the special commissions utilizes traditional woodworking elements humbly giving space to the inherent aesthetics of the craft and the function of the object.

Maria obtained an MFA in Furniture Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Previously she had worked at an architectural woodworking company in Guadalajara Mexico where she started her career as Industrial Designer and where she founded her first furniture design studio.

Dave received formal training in woodworking from the International Yacht Restoration School in Newport RI, and holds a MFA in Sculpture from the University of Connecticut.

SinCa woodshop and design studio is located within a historic 1850 farm house in Tolland CT. The synergy between past and present in the space is a direct influence their design strategy and aesthetic.
