DUALITY is an original contemporary abstract painting created with acrylic and mixed media on canvas. In DUALITY, I explore the coexistence of opposing emotional states and the fragile balance that exists between them. Through contrasting colour fields, layered textures, and subtle transitions, I create a space where tension and harmony can exist simultaneously.
My process is intuitive and meditative, allowing the surface to evolve gradually through layers, gestures, and material interaction. The visible marks and imperfections become part of the emotional memory of the work, revealing both vulnerability and strength.
Rather than depicting a specific reality, DUALITY invites the viewer into an inner landscape shaped by contrast, perception, and emotional resonance. Conceived without a fixed orientation, the work remains open to an intuitive and personal interpretation through the way it is displayed, while bringing depth and texture to contemporary residential, hospitality, and commercial interiors.
